Terms and Conditions – Please read carefully *I agree and abide by the Event Rules, Terms and Conditions. I understand that I am entering into a contract with the race organiser. I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions should circumstances require.

I understand that I enter the race and run entirely at my own risk and that no person(s) or organisation(s) will be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss to myself, prior to, during or after the event. I confirm that I have no medical condition or injury that can be aggravated by strenuous exercise. I agree that I am fully responsible for the actions of my Dog and accept full liability for those actions. I confirm that I will not race with any banned breed of dog. I understand and accept that Cross Country running has an inherent element of risk due to the nature of the terrain.

I agree that Ashridge Canicrossers may publish my Personal Information as part of the results of the event and may pass such information to the governing body or any affiliated organisation for the purpose of insurance, licences or for publishing results either for the event alone or combined with or compared to other events. Results may include (but not be limited to) name, dogs name, club affiliation, race time, age category. All other personal data will be used for race administration purposes only. I understand that there will be photography on the day, and that my pictures may be published within the Ashridge Canicross Facebook group, Ashridge Canicrossers website, and other social media.
